Overture Living will provide elegant and sophisticated independent seniors lifestyle living. The independent seniors living residence will allow residents of all levels of ability to enjoy their daily lives to the fullest. Residents will have a choice of studio, one and two bedroomed self-contained units that are well-designed, elegant and tastefully appointed. Residents will have the ability to cater for themselves or to dine in our resort-styled restaurant. The amenities provided will allow residents to maintain a healthy and active social life. Amenities will include an aquatic centre with Salt water indoor/outdoor swimming pool, saunas and hot-tubs in a spa like setting. Other amenities will include, movie theater, games and hobbies room, card room, library, snooker/billiard room as well as a well-equipped health center. Our restaurant and bar will serve meals that will have your friends clamoring for dinner invitations. The landscaped gardens will provide opportunity for walks in beautiful green spaces and perhaps a lazy afternoon picnic or a leisurely game in the horseshoe pitch.

Memory Care

Overture Living, will implement cutting-edge care methodologies for Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients that will enhance the quality of their lives and provide comfort to their families. By incorporating the latest best practices espoused by both the Alzheimer’s Society of America together with the proven care philosophies of Dr. David Sheard of Dementia Care Matters. Overture Living shifts from the “sterile, clinical, hotel like environments called “units” to creating busy, filled up, engaging places that feel like “Home”. We do this by creating individual homes within our building environment.

By implementing the “Butterfly” Care Home philosophy. Residents who have a dementia will be seen, listened to and cared for as a person with feelings, memories and a life to be lived. “Butterfly” started in England and is now the methodology of choice for progressive Memory Care homes worldwide.
In Overture Living, the clinical tasks will be in the background, caregivers will be the center of resident contact and leadership will be constantly engaged with residents. Residents will live in homes of fourteen, meals will be informal and personal, laughter, tears, joy and happiness will be signs of good living. In Overture Living “Dementia Care” matters, and residents’ happiness will come first.
